Contemporary jazz pianist Marcus Johnson captivates audiences with a performance featuring songs from his latest album, Live & Direct, along with selections from his 15 other releases. A proud graduate of Howard University, Johnson is a prominent figure of Washington, DC’s vibrant music scene. Renowned as a Billboard-ranked musician, producer, NAACP Image Award nominee, and founder of lifestyle company FLO Brands, LLC (For the Love Of), Johnson’s primary focus is his music. Having previously headlined at AMP, he has also performed at the Silver Spring Jazz Festival and Blues Alley, among other prestigious venues.
